What’s your favorite yoga pose and why?

Trikonasana

What inspires you in your practice?

I am inspired by how vast yoga is and how there is always so much more to learn. Yoga has taught me humility and I am forever grateful for that. I am also inspired by sequencing and making fun yoga playlists!
