I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years now! I constantly seek to expand my knowledge and deepen my own practice to share with those who I have the honor of teaching. I believe that yoga is for everyone and am committed to creating a safe space and learning environment  for all of my students. I was fortunate to undergo advanced training in both the ancient and modern-day yoga traditions through Yoga Garden (200hr in San Francisco, CA – 2015) and the Indra Yoga Institute (300hr in Goa, India – 2020).
