My name is Ana Marie, originally from Puerto Rico now living in Cleveland, Ohio.   I am dedicated to growth and development  through the yoga practice, both on and off the mat. After discovering the practice about 10 years ago, I had no doubt yoga would be a part of my life forever. I was instantly drawn to the ancient practice, and I continue to be fascinated by its rich history, physical rigor, and mental stimulation and healing. I have experienced first-hand the powerful benefits of yoga, and I want to teach anyone willing to learn that they, too, can benefit from this practice.
