Hi, I’m Colleen! I am a 500 hour trauma-informed yoga teacher (RYT-500) with training in Ayurveda, meditation and mindfulness, communication and inclusivity. I’ve trained and teach globally.
My classes incorporate mindful embodied movement and stillness for introspection. Herein, you’ll find a safe place for self-exploration and healing. Classes are made to be accessible for every body, mind, and heart.
