Seeking freedom in travel and living a nomad life, Jessy found her true, INNER freedom through the path of Yoga. Born in Germany, Jessy lived all across the globe, and finally found home as a sacred place within. Walking and sharing paths that lead towards this infinite, radiant and loving place within is her passion.
In her Retreats, yoga classes, workshops and yoga teacher trainings, Jessy guides humans towards their individual light through a practice that is deeply rooted in self-love and centered in the heart-space. She loves rituals, raw cacao, being barefoot, the smell of jasmine, and feels deeply connected to the South American land, where her inner journey began.
Together with her husband and dog, Jessy resides in the warmth of Portugal, where she also graduated from Indra´s 300-hour advanced YTT. Following graduation, Jessy served as a support facilitator in Peru in January 2022. She is excited to help raise consciousness all over the world, growing with the humans she serves as a facilitator in Indra´s online and in-person trainings.
